Week 3: TWSS Beats Team O'Shea's!!!





TWSS took advantage of 29.40 points from Larry Fitzgerald and 25.34 from Robert Griffin III, taking down Team O'Shea's!!! 125.14 - 98.30. These two teams have matching 2-1 records, but Team O'Shea's!!! has a clear lead in points, 422.92 - 329.60. TWSS met expectations and scored 7.1% more than their projected 116.84 points, while Team O'Shea's!!! failed to live up to expectations and scored only 77.8% of a projected 126.27.


TWSS Smooth Moves

Larry Fitzgerald brought in 29.40 points, which was good enough to rank ninth in the league in scoring this week and fourth-best of any player on TWSS this season.
Benched RB Beanie Wells, who scored fewer points than any RB in the starting lineup with 1.80.
Wisely sat Peyton Manning this week, who had 24.20 points, the lowest QB score on the team.
With 10.70 points versus a projected 6.03, Kevin Ogletree exceeded his scoring projection by 77.4%.
With only 4 of their 9 starters beating their projected points, TWSS was still able to win.


Team O'Shea's!!! Regret Tracker

Did not start Andrew Luck, who led the team in scoring with 27.52 points.
Team O'Shea's!!! was dominated at the TE position, scoring 4.10 points versus the 10.00 for TWSS.
With a season-low 4.10 points versus a projected 18.90, Rob Gronkowski failed to meet his projection for the first time this season.
Jordy Nelson had his lowest score of the season with 3.90 points against a projected 13.94 and has now underachieved in every game this season.
In the midst of a season-low in scoring, Stevan Ridley also did not meet his projected points (3.70 points scored versus 9.96 projected) for the second time this season.
